The Eternal Now and How to be There
 
In preparation for Lent, Contemplative Outreach of Dallas has arranged a day of silent prayer for Feb. 24, 2007, at St Joseph Church in Richardson. This Lenten Retreat Day will feature several centering prayer sessions and two recorded presentations by Fr. Richard Rohr. The group will take up "The Eternal Now and How to Be There" theme started with the Advent Retreat day held in Dallas in December.

The retreat day will be good preparation for those planning to attend the group's four-day retreat beginning May 3 at Montserrat Retreat House. And for those who cannot attend the four-day retreat, the Lenten retreat day will offer a more intense centering prayer time, but on a shorter schedule and no overnight stay.
